What are the fees for the delivery & pick up service?   

1 item - $50

2 item - $70-80 (Depending on size of items) 

3 items & above - $60-100 (Depending on size of items) 

Please contact our customer service to get the most accurate quote for the delivery fees.

How do you guys price the delivery fee?

We have partnered with Lalamove to arrange for all our delivery & pick up service. They have hence given us a corporate flat-rate pricing that we use here.
We also do not make a profit from the delivery service.  

*For double strollers, please check in with our customer service staff whether the dimension fit within the 1x item specifications
**Do note that there will also be a $5 surcharge during the holiday period on the delivery fees.

How long do I usually have to wait after making a purchase online?  

After purchasing an order online with delivery, our collection and return will take place twice a week, every Monday and Friday.

Orders placed between Thursday after 9pm to Sunday before 9pm - Pick up will be on Monday between 8am to 12pm.

Orders placed between Sunday after 9pm to Thursday before 9pm - Pick up will be on Friday between 8am to 12pm.

Our customer service staff will contact you to arrange for the delivery & pick up details.

What are some other things I would need to take note for delivery? 

For the interest of both the customer & the company, we need to ensure that we receive a clear picture of the item being sent to us before we arrange for delivery, as this would help us better understand the condition before bringing the item in for cleaning. This would be arranged via WhatsApp by our customer service.
